A new year and a new team, Murray Racing enters a new era with owner, Allen Murray, and co-driver, Bill Murray, having some fun. Mini Cooper S with stock block, RMW head, race street header, Laminar flow exhaust, Cross Suspension, M7 Wing and sometimes a front splitter, Willwood Brakes, 1/2 cage make for a fun car.

1988 Audi 80 - GT2

I started out with ASCC autocross and added lapping days with AFRA. The car is a 1988 Audi 80 with a 4.2 v8 swap from an a8, a 6 speed from an a4, modified center diff 80/20, wavetrac rear diff, Vems ecu tuned by myself, AKM
front subframe and control arms. Rival S tires 225/45r15. For safety I have schroth quickfit pro harnesses, a schroth evo(hans) neck brace, and a HJC sa2015 helmet. I've met some great people at the track and look forward to meeting many more at future events.

It's been a long 16 month re-build of the CRX, including a K20A JDM engine swap. Original colour code of the car is Y49, but we're going to break free from the Y49 curse.

2002 BMW M3 - SGT3

I drive a 2002 BMW M3. My goal was to bring it back to its stock glory with a bit of standard upgrades to increase its track ability. Koni Yellow Shocks, Eibach prokit springs, and Hawk HT10 pads. The rest of the work done is reinforcements of stock components such as vanos and subframe. Cart racing on dirt ovals in Indiana as a kid, ATVs and dirt bikes brought me to my first HPDS in MA. Fast forward to moving to NS from the US, and becoming a part of the Nova Scotia Motorsports Community!

Attended lapping days with MHPDC since May 2018. My BRZ is self-maintained and modified, and also daily driven with the exception of winter time. So far I've added unequal length headers paired with a tune for an extra ~20HP, Carbotech pads, an oil cooler, RE71R tires, a stiffer trans mount, and various poly bushings. This will be my first time attack competition.

I earned my lapping and Time Attack license in 2016 and have been an active member of MHPDC since then. Between lapping, time attack, and TRAC driving Brent O’Connor’s (Teamworks Motorsports) Pro Challenge Car, I try to spend as much time on the track as I can. There isn’t anything I enjoy more than motorsport and being a part of its communities.

I attended my first high performance driving school in 2009 and was hooked. The idea behind this 128i is to build a dedicated track car that isn't a huge horsepower car, to make a momentum car for AMP that can be a track partner in a project to make me a better driver.
